We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is anything wrong with your order please let us know

Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds for defective or damaged items. If you have received a product
defective or damaged contact us at [support email] with photos.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At the moment we do not offer this possibility. If you are not sure about the size, check ours
size guide, we have one for each item in the product description section.
It can happen, although rarely, that an item has an incorrect label. If so, you can
notify us by writing to [support email] within one week of receiving the order.
Please include your order number and photos of the incorrectly labeled item and we will make it right
exchange it or issue a refund.
